Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of self-raising flour
  • 3 medium zucchinis grated
  • 1 large onion finely diced
  • 1 cup of diced bacon
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Method
 

  1.  Mix all these ingredients together until they're well combined. 
  2. Pop your mixture into a lined baking tray, then in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
