Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Grab a bowl and toss in the Greek yoghurt, cumin, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Give everything a really good whisk until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Pop it in the fridge and chill until you’re ready to serve up your shawarma. Easy as that! 🙌
