- Pop the butter and brown sugar into a pot on the stove, stir till melted, then let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Spread the Salada biscuits across a lined baking tray. Pour the caramel over, spreading it evenly so all the biscuits are covered.
- Sprinkle the crushed pecans on top, then bake for 5 minutes until the pecans are toasty and the caramel is bubbling.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, pop it back in the oven for 1 minute, and then gently spread the melted chocolate.
- Add your favourite Christmas decorations for a festive finish! Cut into pieces, serve, and watch them disappear!
