Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Beef mince 🥩
  • 2 cups diced vegetables 🥦🥕
  • 1 cup peas 💚
  • 1 cup corn 🌽
  • 1 tbsp Garlic 🧄
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste 🍅
  • 1 tbsp beef stock powder
  • 1 tbsp flour 🥄
  • 1 cup water 💧
  • A pinch of salt and pepper 🧂

Method
 

  1. In a sizzling pan, toss in your diced veggies and let them soften up for about 5 minutes.
  2. Dive in with that beef and cook until beautifully browned. 🍖
  3. Time for peas and corn! Mix them right in.
  4. Now, for the flavor magic: garlic, worcestershire sauce, beef stock, tomato paste, and flour. Give it a good stir! After a few moments, pour in the water.
  5. Cook and wait for that divine gravy transformation. Thick, luscious, and oh-so-yummy!
