- In a hot pan with some olive oil, add your sausages and break them apart while browning.
- Once brown, add garlic, thyme, and stock powder plus a cup of water. Scrape all those lovely brown bits into the sauce.
- Pour in the tomato pasata, reduce the heat and cover it up. Let it bubble away for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and mix in the spinach leaves until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, and stir through your cooked pasta.
