Ingredients
  

  • 600 g cooked gnocchi
  • 6 fat Italian style sausages 🌭
  • 300 g fresh spinach leaves πŸƒ
  • 250 g sliced mushrooms πŸ„
  • 250 g vibrant cherry tomatoes πŸ…
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic πŸ§„
  • 1 tbsp robust tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano 🌿
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper for that extra kick!

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the cream, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, and that pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl until it’s all smooth and dreamy. 😍
  2. Grab your oven tray! Lay out the spinach leaves first, followed by the mushrooms and tomatoes.πŸƒπŸ„πŸ…
  3. Now, using kitchen scissors βœ‚οΈ, snip each sausage into about 6 yummy pieces right over the top.
  4. Sprinkle that gnocchi magic over your tray and finally drizzle with your luscious sauce.
  5. Get it all cozy in your oven at 200C for about 25 minutes or until those sausages turn a lovely golden brown.
