Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Fresh Salmon
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes πŸ…
  • 1 Block of Feta πŸ§€
  • 300 g Spinach πŸƒ
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock πŸ₯£
  • 1 tbsp Garlic πŸ§„
  • Salt and Pepper πŸ§‚
  • 500 g Dried Penne cooked

Method
 

  1. Start by laying spinach leaves at the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Place feta in the center, and surround with salmon and tomatoes.
  3. Mix garlic and stock, and pour it over. Add salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Bake in your oven at 220C for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out, mash the feta, salmon, and tomatoes with a fork and stir.
  6. Finally, toss in the cooked penne, and give it a good stir to coat everything well.
  7. Add some pasta water if you find the sauce to thick
