Ingredients
  

  • 500 g diced chicken
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 185 g jar pesto
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 300 g spinach leaves
  • 500 g cooked pasta

Method
 

  1. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
  2. Cook in a hot pan until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced onion, crushed garlic, and pesto. Give it a good stir until the onion has softened.
  4. Pour in the cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Add the spinach, grated Parmesan, and cooked pasta. Give it a final stir.
