Hello lovely people! 😊 Excited to share my go-to Quick Carbonara recipe with you! Super easy and incredibly tasty, it’s perfect for those busy nights! 🍝

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g sliced bacon
  • 1/2 cup wine or stock
  • 4 eggs 🥚
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan 🧀
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • 1/4 cup fine diced parsley 🌿
  • 500 g dried Fettuccine cooked
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Start by frying the bacon until it’s nice and crispy.
  2. Pour in your wine or stock and scrape all those lovely brown bits into your sauce.
  3. Turn the heat down to low.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and grated Parmesan.
  5. Add in 1 cup of hot pasta water and whisk again.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the bacon, and then pour the egg mixture over the pasta.
  7. Stir until you have a thick creamy sauce.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, and voilà!
  9. You’ve got yourself a delicious meal in no time!
