Hey amazing friends! 🌟 Today I'm sharing a great recipe with you all – my cozy and hearty Pork Steak Ragu! 🥩💖 A dish that's bursting with flavors and perfect for any day of the week!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Pork loin steak
  • 2 400 g cans white beans
  • 1 400 g can diced tomatoes 🍅
  • 1 diced carrot 🥕
  • 2 diced celery stalks
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic 🧄
  • 2 stock cubes
  • Zest and juice of a lemon 🍋
  • 1 bunch basil roughly chopped 🌿

Method
 

  1. Season your pork steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Sizzle in a hot pan for 2 mins each side until golden.
  3. Set aside to rest.
  4. In the same pan, sauté veggies with extra olive oil, salt, and pepper for 5 mins.
  5. Add garlic, stock cubes, tomatoes, and white beans plus 1/2 cup water. Let it simmer for 15 mins.
  6. Dice the pork, mix it back into your pan, and heat through.
  7. Finish by adding lemon zest, juice, and roughly chopped basil leaves.
