Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg pork belly
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce adjust to taste!

Method
 

  1. Cut the pork belly into big bite-size pieces. Remember, they'll shrink while cooking!
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and 5 spice. Give it a good massage!
  3. Pop them in the Sunbeam Air Fryer using the rotisserie basket for an even cook. 🔄
  4. Air fry at 200°C for 40 mins. No need to shake if you're using the rotisserie!
  5. Mix honey and hot sauce for that sweet and spicy kick. Adjust the heat as you like. 🔥
  6. Once the pork is sizzled to perfection, toss it with the hot honey.
