Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-raising flour šŸž
  • 1 cup fine coconut 🄄
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter 🧈
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk šŸ„›
  • Pulp from 4 passion fruit or 1 can of passion fruit pulp šŸˆ

Method
 

  1. Mix together flour, coconut, sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press the mix into a lined baking dish and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  3. While it's in the oven, blend together sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit pulp.
  4. Once the base is cooked, pour the passion fruit mixture over it and pop it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  5. Let it cool in the tin, then slice it up into squares.
