Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 500 g frozen mixed berries

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Pour melted butter into a baking dish and give it a swish.
  3. Pour that delicious batter into the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the frozen berries over the batter.
  5. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes.
  6. Grab some cream and ice cream for the perfect combo.
