- Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until they look like sand.
- Pour in the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon zest, then mix again until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined slice tray and smooth it out evenly. Pop it in the fridge while you make the icing.
- For the icing, whisk together the icing sugar, butter, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Pop back in the fridge until set. Slice, serve, and enjoy! ππ
