Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
For the sauce:
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 sliced lemon

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. In an ovenproof pan, whisk together the cream, crushed garlic, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme.
  3. Add your lemon slices into the sauce, then nestle the chicken thighs in.
  4. Bake at 200Β°C for 30 minutes until the chicken is golden and the sauce is bubbling and thick.
