Say hello to your new obsession – these Hot Honey Chicken Bites are sweet, spicy, juicy, and ridiculously easy. Perfect for wraps, rice bowls or just nibbling straight from the air fryer! I love how quick they are and the sticky glaze is chef’s kiss! Let’s make them!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs diced
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle your chicken with garlic, ginger and cumin, then toss to coat.
  2. Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes – or you can pan fry or oven bake if you like.
  3. Meanwhile, mix honey, chilli, olive oil and a generous pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in that sweet and spicy hot honey glaze (don’t forget to add the chicken juices from the air fryer tray – so much flavour!).
  5. Pop it back in the air fryer at 200°C for another 5 minutes until sticky and golden.
  6. Serve it your way – stuffed into a wrap with salad, on top of rice with veggies, or just grab a fork and dig in!
