- Pop everything into a bowl and grab your electric mixer.
- Start whipping on medium speed. Keep your eye out for ribbons forming in the cream – that’s your sign it’s whipped!
- It only takes a few minutes. If you want it thicker, just whip it a bit longer, but watch out! Overdoing it can turn your cream into butter 🧈... but that’s a lesson for another day!
