Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Risoni
  • 300 g Spinach
  • 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes
  • 500 g Frozen Peeled Green Prawns
  • 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 180 g Persian Feta keep the oil
  • 1 litre Boiling Chicken Stock

Method
 

  1. Layer each ingredient in your baking dish (evenly please!).
  2. Crumble that feta all over and sprinkle the oil and herbs from it too.
  3. Pour your piping hot chicken stock.
  4. Now cover with foil and let it bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  5. Uncover, give it a good stir and bake it again for another 10 minutes.
  6. Take it out, stir once more, and it's ready to steal hearts! πŸ’–
