  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 diced carrots πŸ₯•
  • 2 diced celery sticks
  • 1 diced onion πŸ§…
  • 1 diced head of broccoli πŸ₯¦
  • 1 Shepherd pie recipe base
  • 1 cup water πŸ’¦
  • 1 pkt potato Jewels πŸ₯”
  • 250 g pizza cheese πŸ§€

Method
 

  1. In a hot pan with a little oil, sizzle your carrot, celery, and onion until they're dreamy and soft.
  2. Toss in that beef and cook it up until it's perfectly browned.
  3. Next up, the broccoli, flavour sachet, and water join the party. Stir it all up!
  4. Let it simmer until the sauce turns into a luscious gravy. Yum!
  5. Now, lay that beautiful beef mix in an oven dish. Crown it with those delightful potato jewels.
  6. Bake it at a warm 220C for 20 minutes. Oh the aroma! πŸ₯§
  7. Lastly, sprinkle a generous helping of pizza cheese on top and let it melt and brown in the oven for another 10 mins.
