- Pour the cherry liquid into a saucepan, add sugar, mixed spice, ginger, and cornflour, and whisk over medium heat until thickened.
- In a baking dish, layer your apples, cherries, and the thickened sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, coconut, almonds, and brown sugar. Add melted FLORA Block and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mix over the fruit.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with FLORA Cream if desired!
