Ingredients
  

  • 500 g soft butter yep, super soft!
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll into small balls or flatten out with a spoon.
  4. Pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye out – every oven’s different!
  5. Let them cool (if you can wait!) and enjoy with a festive cuppa.
