First, blend the Maria biscuits to a crumb. Add the soft butter and 1 tsp of salt, then mix it in to get a biscuity dough.
Now, press this mixture into your tart shell to form the crust.
Let it chill in the fridge while we move on to the chocolate.
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and douse it with cream. Microwave this combo for 2 minutes.
After a 5-minute breather, it's time for the star ingredient: tsp of salt !
Whisk it all together until you get a silky, spicy, chocolatey blend.

Pour this onto your tart shell and let it chill again until it sets to perfection.
Before serving, let it sit out of the fridge for about 15 minutes.
