Preheat your oven to 180Β°C.
In a bowl, mix all the cake ingredients for about 1 minute or until there are no white bits of flour visible.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 50-60 minutes. The top should spring back when gently pressed.
For the frosting, mix the butter, cream cheese, and lemon zest. Once combined, add the icing sugar and mix until smooth.
Let the cake cool completely before spreading the frosting on top.
