Ingredients
  

  • 3 diced green onions 🌱
  • 300 g fresh spinach leaves & 500g frozen spinach πŸƒ
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic πŸ§„
  • 2 packets French onion soup mix πŸ§…
  • 250 g cream cheese πŸ§€
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese plus extra for topping πŸ§€

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. In a hot pan with olive oil, add the onions, fresh and frozen spinach, and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until the spinach is defrosted and the excess water has evaporated. 🍳
  3. Stir in the French onion soup mix, cream cheese, sour cream, and grated cheese. Keep stirring until everything is melted and well combined. πŸŒͺ️
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake for 10 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. πŸ§€πŸ”₯
