Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g butter melted

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 2 lemons

Method
