Hey, foodies! ๐Ÿด It's Day 5 of my 10 Days of Tray Bakes series, and today I'm sharing a mouth-watering Butter Chicken Tray Bake that's sure to impress! ๐Ÿ—โœจ

Ingredients
  

**Marinade:**
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt ๐Ÿฆ
  • Juice of 1 lemon ๐Ÿ‹
  • 2 tbsp smokey paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 tbsp cardamom ๐Ÿ’š
  • 1 tbsp garam masala ๐Ÿงก
  • 2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
  • **Tray Bake:**
  • 1 head cauliflower ๐Ÿฅฆ
  • 1 can chickpeas drained ๐Ÿฒ
  • 8 chicken legs or any cut you prefer! ๐Ÿ—
  • 125 g diced butter ๐Ÿงˆ

Method
 

  1. Mix your marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place cauliflower florets, chickpeas, and chicken in your baking tray.
  3. Pour the marinade over and mix to ensure everything is well coated.
  4. Sprinkle over your butter cubes.
  5. Pop it in your oven at 200ยฐC for 40 minutes, and voilร ! Your Butter Chicken Tray Bake is ready to devour! ๐Ÿ˜‹
