Hey, morning-lovers! 🌞 Ever had a cookie for breakfast? No? Well, you're about to! Introducing my go-to: Breakfast Cookies! 🍪 These bad boys are not only delicious but also super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 🍌 1 mashed banana
  • 🥜 1/2 cup nut butter Go wild! Pick your favorite!
  • 🍯 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey, if you're into that
  • 🌾 1 cup oats

Method
 

  1. In a big ol' bowl, combine that mashed banana, your chosen nut butter, the syrup or honey, and those hearty oats. Mix 'em up good!
  2. Using your hands (or a spoon if you're feeling fancy), roll that mixture into 8 scrumptious cookies.
  3. Pop those cookies into the air fryer. Remember to give them a little breathing room! We're going for a crispy golden finish, not a cookie mush.
  4. Air fry at a toasty 180°C for around 8 minutes. Peek in and when they're golden brown, they're ready to make your morning!
