Ingredients

  • 500 g Biscoff biscuits
  • 1 tin condensed milk 395g
  • 450 g white chocolate melts
  • Festive sprinkles or Christmas decorations 🎄✨

Method

  1. First, pop your Biscoff biscuits in a food processor and blitz until they’re all sandy – no chunks left!
  2. Add in the condensed milk and blend again until you’ve got a thick, sticky mixture.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, shape this mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place them in the freezer for an hour to firm up – this will make dipping much easier!
  5. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway so it’s nice and smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating it well.
  7. Before the chocolate sets, top each truffle with festive sprinkles for that Christmas magic! 🎉
