Ingredients
  

  • 350 g biscoff biscuits 🍪
  • 400 g biscoff spread 🍯
  • 250 g cream cheese 🧀
  • 200 g caramilk chocolate 🍫
  • 1/4 cup cream 🥛
  • Extra biscoff biscuits for that crumbly goodness on top!

Method
 

  1. Blitz those biscuits in a food processor until you get fine crumbs.
  2. Warm up that delicious biscoff spread in the microwave for about a minute, then mix it in with those crumbs.
  3. Throw in your cream cheese and blend again. Yum!
  4. Press this heavenly mix into a lined cake tin.
  5. Time for some chocolate love! 🍫 Melt your caramilk chocolate with cream in the microwave for 2 mins.
  6. Drizzle it over your slice.
  7. Sprinkle some extra biscuit crumbles on top. Because why not?
  8. Finally, be patient (I know, hard!) and let it chill in the fridge for a few hours.
