Hey there, foodies! 😋 Berry Crumble! 🍓🫐 This simple yet delicious dessert is the perfect end to any meal (or hey, it could even be the meal, I won't judge! 😉)

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g packet of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup dried coconut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter 150g

Method
 

  1. Pour your frozen berries into a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle over the cornflour and white sugar and stir to make sure those berries are beautifully coated.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, brown sugar, dried coconut, oats, and melted butter. Give it a hearty stir until it's all nicely combined.
  4. Now it's time to let those layers meet! Pour the crumble mix over your berry wonderland.
  5. Pop your dish in the oven at 180C and set a timer for 25 minutes. You're looking for that top to turn golden brown, a sure sign it's done to perfection.
