Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 diced onion
  • 400 g diced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp beef stock powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 500 g dried small pasta shapes
  • Boiling water
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. In a hot pan with some oil, brown your beef with your onion.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add stock powder, paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
  4. Stir for a few minutes and add pasta.
  5. Pour enough boiling water into your pan to cover the pasta.
  6. Bring back up to boiling, pop a lid on your pan, reduce the heat to medium and leave for 5 minutes. Take the lid off and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in cream and stir through. Top with grated cheese and pop in your oven on 180°C until golden. About 15 minutes.
