  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 300 ml sour cream

Method
