Hey foodie friends! 🍝 Welcome to my new series! Easy Dinners under $5 a serve! I just whipped up the dreamiest Beef Ravioli in a pink sauce with fresh tomato and basil, and trust me, it's a game changer! Here’s how you can recreate this plate of heaven:

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkt beef ravioli 600g
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp beef stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes for that lil' kick 🌢️ (optional)
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes halved πŸ…
  • 1 bunch fresh basil 🌿

Method
 

  1. Start by boiling your beef ravioli as per packet instructions. 🍲
  2. While that’s bubbling away, heat a splash of olive oil in a pan and cook the onion and garlic until soft and smelling delish.
  3. Dive in with the beef stock, tomato paste, and chilli flakes. Stir well for about a minute.
  4. Pour in that pasta water and cream, and mix till it's all velvety smooth.
  5. Toss in those juicy cherry tomatoes and half of your basil, torn for that rustic feel. πŸƒ
  6. Add in your cooked ravioli and give it a gentle stir to combine.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle (or as I like to say, "make it rain") of the remaining torn basil.🌱
