Who doesn’t love a quick, hearty dinner that hits all the right notes? My beef ramen noodles are packed with flavour, come together in no time, and will have everyone asking for seconds! Perfect for busy nights when you want something delish without the fuss. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 packets instant noodles
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 packet dry slaw
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • sesame seeds to garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook your noodles according to the packet instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat a little oil in a hot pan, toss in the beef mince, and cook until beautifully browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic paste, ginger paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Chinese cooking wine. Let the flavours dance together for about a minute.
  4. Add the slaw and bean sprouts, cooking for a few minutes until softened.
  5. Throw in your cooked noodles and sliced green onions. Give it all a good stir until everything’s coated in that saucy goodness.
  6. Plate up and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a little crunch and extra flair.
