Cook your noodles according to the packet instructions and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a hot pan, toss in the beef mince, and cook until beautifully browned.
Stir in the garlic paste, ginger paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Chinese cooking wine. Let the flavours dance together for about a minute.
Add the slaw and bean sprouts, cooking for a few minutes until softened.
Throw in your cooked noodles and sliced green onions. Give it all a good stir until everything’s coated in that saucy goodness.
Plate up and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a little crunch and extra flair.
