Ingredients
  

Basic Cake Batter:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 400 g canned apples and 2 tsp cinnamon to your cake batter and give it a stir.
For the crumble top:
Mix together:
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the basic ingredients with apple and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the batter into your cake or loaf tin.
  4. Mix all your crumbled ingredients together and sprinkle over the top of your cake batter.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy your tasty creation! 😋
