Ingredients
  

  • 3 crushed Weet-Bix biscuits ๐Ÿช
  • 1 cup self-rising flour ๐ŸŒพ
  • 1 cup fine coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ
  • - 2 tbsp cocoa powder ๐Ÿซ
  • 1/2 cup sugar ๐Ÿš
  • 150 g melted butter ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp very soft butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160ยฐC or your oven to 180ยฐC.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Weet-Bix, flour, coconut, cocoa, and sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and mix until itโ€™s all crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a tin firmly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in the air fryer or 30 minutes in the oven.
Let it cool completely in the tin. Patience is key! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŽ‚ Icing time:
  1. Mix the icing sugar, cocoa, soft butter, and water until smooth.
  2. Spread that luscious icing generously over the slice.
