Ingredients
  

  • Your favorite cut of steak 1 inch thick, about 250g (no bone)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 heaped tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Olive oil to coat
  • 1 tbsp butter

  1. Take your steak out of the fridge and its wrapper 1 hour before cooking to let it come to room temperature.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Yes, preheating is a must this time!
  3. While the air fryer heats up, coat your steak with olive oil and sprinkle on the smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Give it a good rub to make sure the seasoning sticks.
  4. Place the steak in the heated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Get ready for some delicious aromas!
  5. After 4 minutes, flip the steak and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, wrap the steak in aluminium foil with a dollop of butter and let it rest for 5 minutes. This locks in all those yummy juices!
  7. Unwrap, serve, and enjoy your mouth-watering air fryer steak!
