- Cut your potatoes into bite-sized chunks (the smaller they are, the crispier they'll get!)
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potato chunks and toss them around to get everything coated.
- Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Give it another toss so every piece is packed with flavour.
- Pop your potatoes in the air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes. If you love a dark, extra crispy roast (like me), add an extra 5 minutes.
- Serve them hot and crunchy, straight out of the air fryer! They’re perfect as a side or even on their own with a little dip. 🥳
