- Start by slicing your chicken breast into 1cm strips. Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken and mix it with all your spices. Make sure the chicken is nicely coated with those yummy flavours 🌶️.
- Now, slice your onion and capsicum into 1cm wide strips. Toss them into your air fryer with a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper. Give them a good shake to mix everything up.
- Next, add the chicken to the air fryer and mix with the veggies. Set your air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure to give everything a shake halfway through to cook evenly!
- Once it’s done, grab a tortilla, load it up with your fajita mix, and add a dollop of Greek yoghurt for that extra tang. 🌯👌 Enjoy!
