Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 capsicum
  • 2 tbsp taco spice mix OR
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortillas & Greek yoghurt to serve

Method
 

  1. Start by slicing your chicken breast into 1cm strips. Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken and mix it with all your spices. Make sure the chicken is nicely coated with those yummy flavours 🌶️.
  2. Now, slice your onion and capsicum into 1cm wide strips. Toss them into your air fryer with a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper. Give them a good shake to mix everything up.
  3. Next, add the chicken to the air fryer and mix with the veggies. Set your air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15 minutes. Make sure to give everything a shake halfway through to cook evenly!
  4. Once it’s done, grab a tortilla, load it up with your fajita mix, and add a dollop of Greek yoghurt for that extra tang. 🌯👌 Enjoy!
