Hey everyone! 🎉 I've just discovered the ultimate way to whip up some ultra-fudgy Chocolate Brownies.
Here is the recipe for my super Fudgey and delicious Air Fryer Chocolate Brownies.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 125 g of salted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of caster sugar
  • 3/4 cups of self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa

Method
 

  1. Melt together your dark chocolate 🍫 and butter 🧈 in a bowl with a quick 2 minute microwave dance.
  2. Whisk in those eggs 🥚 and blend with both sugars for that perfect sweet note. Heavenly vibes in every stir, right? 😋
  3. Introduce flour and cocoa to the mix until you've got that lush, rich batter.
  4. Time to pour this goodness into a lined 20cm x 20cm square baking tray.
  5. Slide it into your air fryer. Bake at 160C for 20 minutes. Patience is the secret ingredient here! 😇
  6. Cool right down before you slice, and get ready to be wowed! The inside of these brownies are so fudgey and delicious!
