Hey there, foodie friends! 🍗 Ever wondered how to spice up that chicken breast sitting in your fridge? Let me introduce you to my all-time favorite: Blackened Chicken Breast. Mmm, the smoky flavors are simply irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika 🌶️
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder1/4 cup olive oil 🫒

Method
 

  1. Mix all spices together in a bowl and ensure they’re well combined.
  2. Now, cut your chicken in a checkerboard pattern (just like in my video).
  3. Generously rub that aromatic spice mix all over your chicken breast.
  4. Drizzle on that olive oil for a touch of richness.
  5. Pop it into your air fryer.
  6. Set it to cook for 20 minutes at 180C.
  7. Once done, plate it up! Pair with a fresh salad or some crunchy veggies. Oh, and here’s a tip: it’s *amazing* as a burrito filling. 🌯
