Ingredients
  

  • 24 Meatballs
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 400 g Hokkien noodles
  • 2 bunches Broccolini cut into bite-size pieces

Method
 

  1. Brown the Meatballs: Heat up a pan and toss in your meatballs. Let them sizzle until they’re nicely browned all over. 🔥
  2. Add Broccolini and Sauce: Throw in the broccolini and pour in 1 cup of water along with the hoisin sauce. Stir well to coat everything in that delicious sauce.
  3. Simmer: Let it cook until the broccolini is tender but still has a bit of crunch.
  4. Mix in Noodles: Add the Hokkien noodles and give everything a good stir to ensure the noodles are well-coated in the sauce and heated through.
