Ingredients
  

  • 2 diced chicken breasts
  • 200 g sliced mushrooms
  • 1 jar pesto 180g
  • 500 g cooked pasta

Method
 

  1. Start by heating some olive oil in a hot pan.
  2. Add your diced chicken and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Season with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are browned and all the liquid has evaporated. ๐Ÿ„
  3. Stir in your jar of pesto, followed by the cooked pasta and 1 cup of pasta water. If you prefer a creamy texture, you can swap the pasta water for 1 cup of cream.
