Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 x 395g tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup strawberry and apple Christmas jam

Method
 

  1. Mix together the coconut and condensed milk until combined.
  2. Roll into balls (about 1 tbsp each) and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Use your thumb dipped in water to make a small dip in the center of each ball (this helps keep the dough from sticking!).
  4. Fill each dip with a bit of jam. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 10–15 mins or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the tray before digging in! πŸŽ…πŸ“
