This cake is so easy, it practically bakes itself! No butter, no eggs—just three simple ingredients, and you’ve got a soft, fluffy cake that’s perfect for any occasion. Ingredients
  

  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup yoghurt or sour cream
  • cups self-raising flour
  • OPTIONAL ADD-INS
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 lemon or orange
  • 1 cup choc chips
  • 1 cup blueberries or raspberries

Method
 

  1. Mix condensed milk, yoghurt, and flour in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in any add-ins if using.
  3. Pour into a lined cake tin and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  4. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
