Hey food lovers! 🍌💛 Got some overripe bananas just sitting around? Transform them into this scrumptious 3 Ingredients (okay, 4 with the cinnamon but who's counting? 😜) Banana Bread!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 overripe bananas
  • 1 can condensed milk 395g
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2.5 cups self-raising flour

  1. Start by mashing those bananas! Or if you're like me and love shortcuts, toss them in a food processor for a quick blend.
  2. Pour in the condensed milk, sprinkle in the cinnamon, and fold in the self-raising flour. Mix until you've got a smooth batter.
  3. Transfer your yummy mixture into a lined loaf tin and preheat your oven to 180C.
  4. Bake away for 40 to 50 minutes until it's a beautiful golden shade and passes the trusty knife test!
