Method
- In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt and self-raising flour together until a dough forms. It should be soft but not sticky.
- Lightly dust your work surface with flour. Knead the dough gently until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 3 or 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and slightly puffy.
- Enjoy your flatbreads warm with your favourite toppings or fillings. They're perfect for wraps, pizzas, or just by themselves! π₯π
